In order to protect the integrity of the recipient’s details, funding information may not be edited for recipients. To update information, please delete and create a new recipient.
NOTE: If you have any scheduled or recurring payments set up with this recipient that are not yet complete, they will be deleted as well.
Follow these steps to delete a recipient:
- Click “Manage” in the top-right corner and select "Manage Recipients”.
- Select the recipient you’d like to delete and then click “View Recipient”.
- Below the recipient details, click the trash icon in the left corner.
- Select "Delete".
