To ensure the timely delivery of your payments, Plastiq will need to confirm that you've provided a viable delivery address. Plastiq will use an address verification service to determine if we can guarantee delivery of your payment by the date you've specified.
If you’ve entered an address that doesn’t match in our address database, we will always try to find a recommended match.
If you choose to ignore our recommendation, please note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and our Plastiq Payment Guarantee will not apply to these payments.
What does it mean if my address shows as "undeliverable?"
If you are notified that an address is undeliverable, it means the information you provided us does not show as a viable endpoint for your payment delivery. Unfortunately, if the address cannot be verified, we cannot bypass it and have the system recognize your address as viable.
