Plastiq has two separate login's - one for cardholders (to make payments) and one for businesses (to log into the Business Portal). If you cannot log into the Business Portal, please try the following:
Make sure you are trying to login at https://www.plastiq.com/businessportal_ui/dashboard.
If you are here already, make sure your email address and password are entered correctly.
If you are entering an incorrect password and need to have it reset, please refer to directions on how to do this here.
