What is a SIN?
SIN stands for Social Insurance Number, which is used to administer many government benefits including Old Age Security, Canada Pension Plan, Canada Student Loans and Employment Insurance.
Where do I find my SIN?
You can find your Social Insurance Number printed on the first page of any previous year's tax return
What taxpayer name do I enter?
You would enter the name that matches the SIN
I am paying for my partners tax payment what do I enter?
You would enter their SIN and Name in the first two Fields.
What does "Tax Year" mean?
The CRA is asking for what tax year you are looking to pay.
They would like for you to submit it in this format YYYYMMDD.
