You may update or reset your Plastiq login password at any time. There are two methods for doing so:
Updating in Account Settings
- Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, select “Update Password.”
- Confirm your current password.
- Enter a new password. Then, enter it again in the field below it to confirm your change.
Reset From the Login Screen
- Go to www.plastiq.com/login
- Enter the email address associated with your Plastiq account.
- Select "Forgot Password."
- Check your email inbox for further instructions. This reset email can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If you do not see our email, please check your spam folder.
- Follow the instructions to finish resetting your password.
