The Rewards & Referrals section of your Plastiq account tracks your fee-free dollar (FFD) activity. To find this section, click on the profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Then, select Rewards & Referrals. Here's what you'll find in this area:
- Your account's current balance of FFDs (i.e. the amount of fee-free dollars available for use).
- Below the current balance, you can see when your balance of is FFDs set to expire.
- FFDs you’ve earned to date ("Lifetime Earnings") are shown to the right of your current balance.
- Click Refer Friends, Pay Less Fees to send your referral code.
- The History space is a full record of your account's FFD transactions. Green transactions represent when you’ve earned FFDs, while orange transactions show when you’ve used FFDs.
Sharing Your Referral Code
For each new referral that signs up with your unique code or link and pays $500 worth of bills through Plastiq, you will earn 100 fee-free dollars. This Rewards & Referrals section is where you can send out referral invites, find your referral code and track active referrals.
Where is my referral code?
- Click the profile icon and select Rewards & Referrals.
- Click Refer Friends, Pay Less Fees.
- You will see your unique referral code below the option to copy your code.
Where can I find my referral link?
- Click the profile icon and select Rewards & Referrals.
- Click Refer Friends, Pay Less Fees.
- You can refer businesses or friends via multiple social media channels. Select how you want to share your referral link. If required by that platform, you might need to sign in to your associated account.
IMPORTANT: As per our terms of service, each member is permitted one account. We reserve the right to not reward FFDs and/or close your account if there is evidence of multiple accounts. The referral bonus will not be credited for individuals that have signed up without your reward code. Referred individuals must successfully complete a payment or payments totaling $500 to qualify you for the referral bonus.
