Once a check payment is deposited by your recipient, the check is processed by their bank and scanned. This means we can obtain an image of the deposited check that you can use for your personal records or as proof of deposit.
As a courtesy, we’re happy to provide up to three (3) check images at no charge. There is a fee of $2.50 or each additional check image.
Please note the following:
- This option is limited to Plastiq payments sent via check. The check must be deposited.
- You will need to provide us with the relevant Payment ID for the payment in question.
- Check images will be sent to you as an email attachment. We will provide front and back images of the payment.
- All check image requests are fulfilled within two (2) business days.
