Add your preferred card to your Plastiq account at any time by clicking on the blue card in the top-left corner. This will open your Card Drawer. This area is where all of your cards are stored in your Plastiq account. You can add a new card or edit one you've already added.
All information is stored with 256-bit encryption and can be edited or deleted at any time.
- Fill out your card information, including card number, expiration, CSC, the name on the card and billing information.
- Once you’ve filled out your card details, click the “Save Card” button.
- Your active card will be shown in the upper left-hand corner.
Fixing a Card Addition Error
If you see a message indicating that there was an error adding your card, it means there's an issue validating your card information.
This means you provided incorrect card information when filling out the form or that your card issuer (i.e. bank) has sent us a notice not to accept that payment method.
