If you have AutoPay enabled for your business account, you'll see a few new sections in the navigation panel on the left of your screen within the Business Portal - Customers and Programs. These are the two main sections that you will be using for AutoPay.
Here are a few quick and simple steps to get started with taking payments with AutoPay:
Go to the "Invite" page and send invitations to your customers. You can send invitations on an individual basis or in bulk to multiple customers at once.
Your customers will go through the AutoPay enrollment process, which entails adding their preferred card on file and authorizing Plastiq to pay your business on their behalf.
When they enroll, you'll receive a final approval request. Please check to make sure their information looks correct.
When you want to get paid, simply go to the "AutoPay" page, where you can initiate individual payments or multiple payments at once.
