To un-enroll or delete a customer from AutoPay, follow these easy steps.
Sign into the Business Portal.
Go to the "Customer List" under the Customers section.
Select the customer you would like to un-enroll.
Select "Delete" and then confirm by clicking "Delete Link Profile"
The customer will then be emailed notifying them that their enrollment has been deleted.
Please note that the customer may also un-enroll from their side as well by logging into their dashboard, clicking "Manage", "Manage Recipients", editing the recipient, then turning AutoPay off. We recommend you have then look in the customer FAQ or reach out to support for assistance.
