The Report Settings allows members on your team to configure which notifications they would like to receive email notifications for. By checking the boxes under a report type or notification type (e.g. Committed Reports, Deposited Reports, or Committed Payment Notifications) in a certain Employee's line, they will receive those report and payment notifications via email.
Committed Payment Notifications: Provides email notifications for individual payments submitted through Plastiq as they are Committed in Plastiq's system. Note that it may take up to one business day after a payment has been submitted in Plastiq before it moves to the Committed State.
Committed Reports: Daily reports that show all payments within that time period that have moved to the Committed stage and are committed to being deposited to you within Plastiq's standard funding timeline. Plastiq will not refund payments once they have reached this stage.
Deposited Reports: Daily reports that show all payments within that day that will be deposited to your bank account. As Plastiq batches deposits on a daily basis, this report will notify you when a deposit is going to be made and will include all payments and payment details that are included in that deposit.
