To turn on AutoPay, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the "Turn On AutoPay" button found in the invitation email. If you do not already have a Plastiq account, you will be asked to sign up for a free one.
- When signed into your Plastiq account, you will need to provide account information, such as member number or account number, if the text to the right of "Enrollments" is orange. To do so, please click on the orange text. If the text is black, you can proceed on to the next step.
- Click on text if orange. Fill out account information.
- Click on the toggle to bring up AutoPay details.
- Select which card you'd like to use when when paying this business. If you haven't added a card yet, you will need to do so on this step (here are steps on how to add a card).
- Click "Enroll" when done.
- You will return to the recipient page where it will say "Pending Activation" next to AutoPay. At this point, the business will need to verify and confirm the enrollment.
