This integration is currently available only to users who have been referred by ADP.
There may be some instances where there was a mistake on a payroll run. Generally, once the funds are dispersed and deposited into your ADP RUN bank account, Plastiq is unable to make any changes.
This includes overpaying or underpaying a payroll run. If you overpaid, Plastiq is unable to place the funds back on your card. This goes for underpaying as well as Plastiq does not support partial payments at this time. We recommend contacting ADP to apply changes on the next cycle.
